Soak in apple cider vinegar for a few minutes a day
...the ph in the vinegar helps inhibit the growth of the bad-stuff.
Also ...take a clove of garlic, slice it open and rub all over your feet.
Leave the juice on your feet for at least one hour before washing off.

Just dab straight clorox or bleach on the ringworm spots. It doesn't hurt... it's just like applying water !
